30 hrs of audio playback according to Toshiba probably means its probably going to be actually 12-15 hr of battery

this doesnt have any advantage over the gigabeat S or anyother mp3 player other than the fact that it has better battery life. The screen is bigger but it still has the 320 x 240 resolution. Since the US does not have a mobile TV network, the TV function is basically useless. It still does not support divx or xvid or mpeg3.

I love just about everything about my Gigabeat S60 except for the too small hard drive size for my WMA Lossless files. If they made this new MEV30K with 120 Gb hard drive I'd be all over it like white on rice.

The 30gb is due in two weeks at HidefLifestyle.com. Price seems sweet too.
